LWQMA 2021 Race #08 (Heats)

Please carefully read the below information regarding registration.

• Race #8 will be held under Covid Phase 3 conditions, which means there is a 400 person cap in place.. These conditions are put in place by our Governor and we must comply.  The online site will be open for on Monday June 14th, at 6pm and closing on Tuesday, June 15th at 12pm for allLWQMA club members.
• Directions on how to provide your family headcount are located on the square site, littlewheelsqma.square.site.  Please read them carefully and list all who are on your membership who will be attending, including your alternate handler if that applies. All who are attending must be QMA members. 
• If you are registering 2 different drivers you need to choose, $25 race registration 1st class for each driver.
•               $20 Additional classes may only be used for one driver running multiple classes. EX if your driver runs Sr. Honda and Lt.160 you would                      choose $25 1st class for one and the $20 additional class for the other.
• Attendees who do not have a driver to register or an overnight camping pass to purchase can email their attendee list to me, [email protected] to ensure they are included in the total.
• If you are not a LWQMA member please wait until the appropriate time to register.
• Online registration will be open for all QMA members on Tuesday, June 15th at 6pm and close on Wednesday, June 16th at 12pm. 
• Reminder: Registration must be done online. No late or on site registration will be offered.
• Once our attendance cap has been reached the registration site will be closed and refunds will be given to any surplus registrations.
• A new temporary gate code will be sent out to all non LWQMA registrants on Thursday, June 17th.
• Lock code will remain the same for all LWQMA members.
• Again, we ask that all home track members try and limit non-essential attendance in order to allow as many kids to race as we possibly can.

• No additional alternate handlers will be added to the attendee list on Saturday. 
• Registration forms and safety sheet are attached. Please have them fully filled out before coming to sign in. 
• Sign ins will be open on Friday evening from 7:30-8:30 and on Saturday morning from 7:30-8:30.
• All members in attendance must come to sign ins to receive their bracelet.
• Unfortunately we are still not able to allow for spectators. 
• If you are attending LWQMA for the first time this season you will need to print and sign the Parental Consent and Minor’s Consent form.
• All adults in attendance must sign the Handlers Release and all drivers must sign the Minors release.
